Thern bracelet

The Thern bracelet was worn on the wrist and glowed blue when actively being used.  It also ulized the power of the Ninth Ray and was operated by hand or finger motions.  While Its full capabilites are unknown, it appeared to give the wearer the power to control people and objects in a less violent manner.
